("House of Doge" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: HODO), the official corporate arm of the Dogecoin Foundation, today announced the completion of its previously announced merger with Brag House Holdings, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: TBH). In connection with the closing, the combined company was renamed House of Doge Inc., and its common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol "HODO" as of July 1, 2026. Following the closing, the Company has approximately 75.9 million shares outstanding.

As a public company, House of Doge gains direct access to the U.S. capital markets to fund and scale its multi-pillar business plan across payments, digital asset treasury management, real-world asset tokenization, and professional sports. Marco Margiotta will continue to lead the combined company as Chief Executive Officer.
